The adoption of a document with the acceptance of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/Convention) only promised the beginning of a long journey towards respecting children's rights. Over three decades of reporting by States Parties to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC Committee) have revealed many gaps between the Convention's promise and the realities of the realization of children's rights. Therefore, realization of children's rights under the CRC is also an undeniable challenge. At the same time, the concept of child rights in the Islamic perspective has a greater precedent than international law and Muslim states, benefiting from their religious principles and cultural heritage in love for children, joined the Convention. Using a descriptive-analytical method and through desk research, this article seeks to evaluate this Convention in terms of norms and implementation guarantees and discuss the Committee's attitude towards the practice and Proceeding of Muslim states in joining the Convention. The Convention not only has not advocated an anti-Islamic approach, but it is the only international treaty that explicitly refers to Islamic law. As for the Committee, by adopting a multilateral approach, while encouraging Muslim member states to withdraw their reservations, it has always called on Islamic states to Increase the use of principles such as equality and fairness in their approach to the provisions of the Convention and, at the same time, to interpret jurisprudential rules broadly in order to Compliance them with the provisions of the Convention. To Updat the provisions of the Convention, establishing an online blog for the CRC Committee to evaluate periodic reports, also assigning a working group, seeking help from jurisprudential experts and studying the principles of Islam are some of the suggestions mentioned in this article.
