The journal of Comparative Studies on Islamic Countries Law (CSICL) is a peer-reviewed open-access quarterly journal in Persian (with English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the fields of law, Islamic law, Islamic criminal law, Islamic international law, Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic human rights, Islamic countries law, Iranian law, Islam and law, jurisprudence, and comparative studies on Islamic countries law, published by Ilam University and is scientifically sponsored by the Iranian Association of Constitutional Law (IACL). The journal aims to publish high-quality original research and review articles, fostering intellectual debate and discussion essential for the development of legal policies. Notably, it encourages historical and contemporary perspectives, diverse theoretical approaches, and methodological exploration. It is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original articles, review articles, etc., considering the research ethics and academic rules and regulations. The journal aims to publish research and review papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. All papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.
